What This Tool Does: This utility allows you to check if a specific asset transformation is cached in the CDN cache and delete cached transformations if needed. The cache stores optimized versions of assets (images, videos) with different transformations (sizes, formats, etc.) to improve performance.
Important: Deleting something from the cache only removes the cached transformation. It does NOT delete the original asset. The original asset remains in storage and can be accessed normally. If you need to delete the original asset permanently, go to the All Assets tab where each asset card has a delete button in the "More Options" menu.
Note: Only transformed asset strings (with transformation parameters) are stored in the cache. Permalinks and plain asset IDs are not cached. You must enter the complete raw asset string with transformation parameters (e.g., abc123@w_800,h_600.jpg) to check or delete from cache.
Examples:
• Image transformation: abc123@w_800,h_600,fit_cover.jpg
• Video transformation: xyz789@w_1920,h_1080,fr_30.mp4
• Simple transformation: def456@w_1200.webp
⚠️ Cache Deletion Warning
Deleting from cache only removes the cached transformation. The original asset is not deleted. To delete the original asset, use the delete button on individual asset cards in the All Assets tab.
